She is a published author and sought-after industry speaker on the topic of human and organizational impacts of automation and other advanced technologies.
As the Workforce Readiness Consulting Practice Leader for NTT DATA Services, Kim leads her teams to deliver consulting solutions focused on the people side of business, from organizational change management to workforce transformation. Kim is also a founder of Women Inspire NTT DATA, the company’s first employee resource group; she continues to lead, and serves as the Chair of the firm-wide Steering Committee.
Kim earned a BBA in International Business, an MBA from the University of Georgia, her MS in Organization Development and graduate certificate in Executive Coaching from Queens University of Charlotte. She serves as a guest lecturer at both alma maters.
She is a National Parks nerd, book addict, world explorer, UGA fan. She may also be developing a yarn problem.
